Julian and I took a walk to Formaggio in Cambridge this afternoon. That may seem odd since we are both allergic to cheese. But this gourmet shop has a lot more than cheese. I learned that Julia Child used to shop here, and I can see why. I have never seen more cheese, or more choices of meats, and pates. We just ordered some roasted turkey, and bought a baguette. (They even called the baker to be sure that it was dairy and egg free. ) I will be stopping by whenever I am in Cambridge.
I visited the Marimekko boutique in Cambridge. Great selection of housewares, womens and childrens items from this unique Finnish designer. I bought Darrow this fun shirt, they had them in my size as well. Do not think I would look too good in polka dots, but there were many other choices as well.
