Green eggs and ham


In honor of the birthday of Dr.Seuss, Darrow's class had green eggs and ham. I read some books, but did not partake in the feast. The green coloring is a natural one according to the Mom that made the eggs. The kids really enjoyed being read to, those books have a magical quality and appeal.

I remember having green eggs and ham in class when I was in elementary school, too (lo these many many years ago)! Of course, back then they didn't worry so much about the natural coloring...I suspect it was all Blue #6 and Yellow #4.
